Roaming in the EU.
You can use up to 25GB while roaming package dependant. If you have 1GB you get 512GB, 3GB you get 768MB, 10GB you get 2.5GB, 30GB you get 7.5GB or 100GB you get 25GB in the EU.
All Roaming Partners are agreed with EE, Popit Mobile cannot check or advise on Speed related issues down to EU Networks Shaping Traffic while you Roam.
While roaming, please note that MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is not included in the unlimited calls and texts package and will incur a charge of £0.98 per message sent.
Roaming outside of the EU
We have two Daily Passes for these:-
Zones 2-3: 100Mins 500MB 100SMS £6
Zones 4-5: 10Mins 50MB 10SMS £11
Zones 6-7: we cannot guarantee roaming in these zones.
While roaming, please note that MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is not included in the unlimited calls and texts package and will incur a charge of £0.98 per message sent. If you have the option to make international calls from the UK enabled, it is essential to check and maintain sufficient credit in your wallet. Additionally, if you roam outside of Zone 1, incoming call charges can vary from £0.12 per month to £1.93 per minute in Zone 5. To stay informed about your expenditure, we recommend monitoring your Wallet Balance under the “Add Credit” section in your login account. This way, you can ensure seamless communication while traveling and avoid any unexpected fees.

Am I eligible for Roam Like at Home?
Yes! Roam Like at Home is available to all customers who live in the UK and use the service in the UK as well as EU.* Link to Terms
